Jaime Maussan is a well known journalist in Mexico as well as a Ufologist. He has reported the amazing UFO appearances in Mexico on National TV.
As mentioned in Joshua’s report about his visit to Brazil and participation in the UFO Conference in Curitiba, he met Senior Maussan who told him that he had a rose quartz crystal skull that is quite old.

Here are the comments sent by Senior Maussan about the crystal skull in a recent email:
I have been looking very carefully the Skull.
The surface is very irregular, like this quartz was polished by hand,
everything seems that was done manually.
My personal feeling is that this is a real old artifact. It was found in the State of Puebla,
an area influenced by the Olmecs. It was found when building a Highway.
It was sold to me for 200 dls., in October 1994
We are trying to get copies of the photos taken with the hundreds of UFOs that appeared over the sky of Mexico at the same time and the animal (amoeba) creatures also recorded that Mr. Maussan showed at the UFO Conference.

The words above arrived in my inbox today from our Crystal Skulls Explorer, Joshua Shapiro.
As most readers will know, Joshua is currently in Brazil where he is a guest speaker at the 11th International Encounter Dialog with the Universe sponsored by NPU, a Brazilian Group for the Scientific Study of UFOs, held in Curitiba, Brasil. While what he has in store for us is exciting, he’s not going to make us wait to see some photos!

Today is the BIG day. The movie is released! Unfortunately, I am not able to see it til the weekend. On the early local news this morning a fellow who saw an early release gave a review. This fellow was not a fan of Crystal Skulls perse, but of Indiana Jones. He gave it a two thumbs up, stating that it was comparable to the Raiders of the Lost Ark.
I’m interested in hearing what others think. If you have seen the movie, please give us your review here. If you are a follower of the real legend, please let us know if you believe the presentation was accurate.
Also, because I am not in the USA, I was not able to see any of the televised events… if you had an opportunity to watch the SciFi Channel documentary, the History Channel’s presentation, and or Fox News’ Sean Hannity’s coverage, your review of those programs would be appreciated too.

In the words of Joshua Shapiro, “we are on the edge of what I am calling Crystal Skull Mania”. It is truly as though the world is awakening to this ancient mystery. Interest in the Crystal Skulls has been sparked by the new Indiana Jones movie. People who are not otherwise interested in the paranormal are paying attention. Some may find it nothing more than an interesting story, but others see it as an awakening that has the potential to restore world peace.
There are three upcoming televised events scheduled in the US this Sunday, May 18. One of those featured events is the Documentary on the SciFi channel. This should prove to be a very interesting documentary. It airs on Sunday May 18 at 9 pm EST.
Another event scheduled for Sunday May 18, is actually on Fox News. This one comes as a bit of a surprise (to me anyway). Fox News talk show host, Sean Hannity, known for being ultra conservative, is doing a piece on The Crystal Skulls on his show “Hannity’s America”. Joshua Shapiro was interviewed for this story that airs on Fox Channel at 9:00 p.m. EST. Unfortunately the time conflicts with the SciFi Documentary - so I guess we’ll have to engage in channel flipping, or better yet, recording!
The third televised event airs at 8:00 pm EST on The History Channel , entitled “Indiana Jones and the Ultimate Quest”

On May 22, 2008, a new Indiana Jones movie will be released. The movie entitled, “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”, produced by Steven Speilberg, stars Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones.
In the movie, Harrison Ford is an archaeologist on a mission to Peru to find the Crystal Skull of Akator. Now we all know Harrison Ford is a marvelous actor, but what many don’t know is that there are real life Crystal Skull Explorers.
One such real live Crystal Skull Explorer is Joshua Shapiro. I wish that every person on the planet could speak to Joshua and hear first hand what he has experienced.
